Looking for a mood boost mid-week? Yin yoga offers intentional stretches through mostly seated poses, which can be beneficial to connective tissues. Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practice, where each pose is held for 2-5 minutes, helping to enhance hydration in the fascia. It serves as a complement to an active practice, resulting in balance and rejuvenation. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat & water bottle. Props will be cleaned between classes but feel free to bring your own props: blanket, strap & blocks.
